    Ot

Excuse my ignorance. How is OT given out? Obviously if you have a late call but how is it that many junior deputies get cake Court OT on a rotating basis and no consideration to senior deputies? Does our contract say anything about this? Serious question.

Read the contract all you want. Overtime is supposed to done by seniority, but it never is. Overtime is given out by the friends and family program, you can complain to the union but Bell won’t do anything about it.

Perfect answer from a union rep! You might be taking away their overtime from the courthouse or the port.

You moron overtime is not based on seniority. Why do these senior citizen deputies feel they are entitled to something just because they have worked at the agency
Longer. You are paid just like everyone else.
