Just when you thought you had enough of corrupt mayors with Gimenez out in 2020, today the ultimate absentee ballot fraudster, Esteban Bovo announced his candidacy for Miami Dade mayor in 2020.
The mayor position in Miami Dade county should claim- only rats need apply. This is the same Bovo who voted along with Gimenez to take away our benefits and pay since 2012. PBA where are you on this?

A miserable man; worse, is Carlos Gimenez incarnate. The other county commissioners coveting the mayoral office are jokes. In our view, Alex Penelas is the choice! He was in 1996, 2000 and now as strong mayor and de facto sheriff, more so. For us who were on then and saw our MDPD rise to levels we had not seen before, Penelas was a Godsend. In retrospect, if Penelas erred, it was in appointing Carlos Alvarez MDPD director. Then again, Alvarez fooled most, if not all who supported him. But that is all water under the bridge now; time has a way of balancing the scale. As strong mayor, Alvarez was roundly recalled and to add insult to injury, arrested for domestic violence. Enough?

For MDPD's sake; yours, come November 2020, each of you, your family and friends have a rendezvou with destiny, don't miss it.
