UFC fighter Nate Diaz hospitalized after attacking Miami cops during arrest

Not that we don’t believe you guys but we want to see the body camera videos

Mixed martial arts star Nate Diaz has been hospitalized after he attacked Miami cops at a police station, the Miami Herald has learned.

Diaz had been arrested in a domestic-violence case, and was taken to the police station. He attacked officers after his handcuffs were taken off, Miami Police Chief Jorge Colina said.

“It took quite a few officers to hold him down,” Miami Police Chief Jorge Colina told the Miami Herald.

Paramedics had to sedate Diaz, the chief said. Diaz remained at Jackson Memorial on Wednesday morning.

Diaz, 34, is one of the most recognizable stars for the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

There were no immediate additional details about the domestic violence allegation and it also wasn’t clear if he will face additional charges for his tussle with police.

Diaz most recently fought and lost against rising MMA star Jorge Masvidal during the headline bout at UFC 244 in November.

Did the chief give an apology to the UFC fighter? How did he get falsely accused?

12 physically fit cops??? I didn't know we had that many in uniform on at the same time. So, none of the 12 needed medical attention, interesting, isn't it?
