Scum Sgt Charlie Keene came down to Ybor with his tail between his legs, and had his balz squeezed tight. I wonder if that was a small price to pay to have his TPD assault/battery report disappear from the 911 call log? Similar to his DUI disappeared, although that did cost him his job, well at least until CC could sneak him back a year later. That would explain the brown stains on Charlie’s nose.
