Ehhh, i wasnt impressed when i was there 2 months ago. One can hope it will be like the shops at sunset place 15-20 years ago, but even they look depressing now-a-days. The outlet has some big name stored and its still a shit hole. We all got suckered in at the dream of homestead being the next big thing.

Homestead is just a bunch of newer home for those willing to make the drive to miami to get a better house. Lets be honest, 2006-2008 boom and now. These are the 2 big money makers that has made homestead generate income. Shit right around the time of andrew it was the same thing but andrew destroyed that boom.

Gretsas spends to much time chasing perceived enemies to do a good job for the city. A good job would be not spending our reserves and trying to strengthen the financial strength of our city. Instead, he spends $30k on fireworks for the grand opening that was rushed to give his puppets a push going into the last election. Sorta like he did with that makeshift soccer field. What a fuxking joke. All sizzle no steak. Just built a house of cards for us all to drive by and wonder the Fock our taxpayer money is doing supporting this place. No let’s see the YMCA pull out of here because the city doesn’t and hasn’t had the money to participate in updating the facility. Can you say pink elephant 🐘, and so soon after tearing down the baseball stadium just after the taxpayers spent over $3m to house HPD for a few months. Money down the drain. So to say GG did a good job by leaving us so short on reserves and a dwindling reoccurring revenue because he spends to much time with his “companions” chasing windmills and his perceived enemies. Just sad.
