Is the Homestead station is failing ? I stopped by to check it out and was very disappointed no shops at all. What’s going on with the business spaces?????? Saw no security or police there, what’s up with that?

Clearly says 5.6 million, and the Parking structure is for the Homestead Station/Retail, not for Transit. That answers the question of why it was built in the shit hole, so they could try and pass it off as built for transit to get the $$$$$$. Would have done a lot better if it had been built at Campbell and US1.

Whether US1 and Campbell would be a better location is irrelevant. What shops are going in where its at? Inquiring minds want to know.

It also states they can't keep their books right, so who got some cash in the pocket on this one. Just a bunch of thieves
