if I recall correctly, the outreach team under S.I. was a collection of individuals(liberal democrats) who contributed to his campaign in exchange for the community outreach. nothing more than phony forced smiles replaced by a different set of phony forced smiles.

You can blame Patti Lynn and Michael Albetta for causing the old outreach team to get all get fired. Before there could be any 5th floor discussions with Sheriff Tony about the future of the unit those two went and stepped in it. A few days after Israel got removed those two were at a Democratic political meeting working as BSO outreach team (wearing their BSO shirts) and Patti got up during the introductions and made some kind of dumb line like "I'm Patti Lynn from the Broward Sheriff's Office, and I'd like to add that Scott Israel is still the true elected Sheriff of Broward County." Albetta wildly applauded the line. These things got noticed and some elected official at the meeting passed it along to Sheriff Tony. Plain and simple, the old outreach team got axed because Patti and Michael were using their BSO jobs to undermine Tony. Put blame where blame is due .............. so now you know.

Being that you have all the answers. Where did he get the individual names of the other dozens of people throughout the agency that he fired the first week? I suppose it was their fault too, huh?? Something they said? Two from here, three from here... What did these people do to deserve to be singled out??? He went on the word of militant racist people in the agency and took advantage of the confusion going on to take out people he never met and didnt even confirm they did anything wrong. Sounds like something hitler would be proud of. Karma will come to Temporary and the militant trash that guided him on who to fire. That group of racist advisers (now colonels) is clearly identified and will feel the burn sooner than later.

Talk to lots of the command staff that survived the leadership change and benefited from the firings by being promoted higher. Half of them had names they wanted to add to the firing list and they were more than happy to offer them up to Tony. All it took was saying "he (or she) is an Israel loyalist. You'll never be able to trust him. He'll always leak info to Israel" .... and a day or two later they'd be gone. Rumor was enough to get someone fired with no attempts to even verify them. It was an echo chamber of cowardice when the others were asked ("I agree, why take chances"). It was some crazy purge that sadly took out some good with the bad. The saddest thing was how many command staff that owed their cushy promotions to Israel ....... and that Israel 1000% trusted as "his" guys ....... were part of the purge plotting.

You are 100% accurate. Some in Parkland (A. Pollack and friends) feel these employees, which were nothing more than innocent bystanders, are reparations for what happened at the school. This type of narcissist is happy that something bad happened to someone. Even though the "someones" were innocent. How demented can people be? But what goes round comes round. Many times over. And to those filthy BSO turncoats who created the hit list. There were many witness to the not-so secret meetings. And as a result of their cowardly actions, most of DLE and Detention's current executive command shall be history. And sadly, their innocent families will pay the price. And the cycle continues.

Undersheriff Nicole Anderson openly lied stating that Deputies did the same work as Outreach. Not only Dont deputies do Outreach, they dont want to do outreach.
People that throw others under the bus to save their own asses eventually are gone.
Homeless Outreach, Veterans, LGBTQ Church groups, et al attended the meeting to testify that there were people discarded that truly helped the community. Tony could have kept people that were hard workers instead of listening to people who sold their souls.
