I worked with him in D&C. He was the laughing stock of the jail and a major headache for his supervisors. They cheered when he left although nobody could figure out why patrol accepted his transfer. Probably his daddy had something to do with it. Then nobody could figure out why he was promoted in patrol but everyone at the jail knew he was a screw up. Good luck with him in support.
