Your probably one of the never workers. Don’t know what your talking about. Still have an amazing SWAT that other agencies still respect. Officers are going to schools. And just for info I think they are 40 officers down. Educate yourself. It’s not AR or SK fault. The city has grown to fast and no one has the you know what on council to raise taxes and get more officers. You can can whatever chief you want if the money isn’t there it’s not happening. That’s all you never workers do is complain but never offer any solutions.

Maybe you were the largest gossiper in the department spreading so many rumors that you were reassigned to the hospital and ALLOWED to retire in peace, or maybe your butt was about to get cracked caused of all the defrauding you were doing in the city to businesses for your own business, maybe you were one of the ones actually beating up a migrant worker or driving him out to the Redlands and dumping them, or responding to the hospital attempting to cover it up, or maybe one of the ones that would tune up prisoners in the booking room and you all left with your pensions. There are more categories if you wish to know them.

Yet the chief is the crook, the bad guy, the pos. You People need to look in the mirror. I would have a brain hemorrhage dealing with you guys.

So you admit HPD has a history of making false arrest, and/or not making arrest when they should?
