    Why BSO Fails

Let me weigh in and why our agency is a failure. It all starts with the leadership at the top. Then that bad leadership trickles down to the other upper command staff who continue to carry out the bad leadership. The bad leadership makes sergeants into majors and captains. Makes no common sense decisions. Expects the impossible to be done. Administers an inconsistent and unfair discipline process. All these decades and it's still the same game.

Right on target. This last appointment could have solved that, but instead continues to fail.

Everything went to crap after Nick Navarro, when the democraps took over. At least under Navarro we were respected and at the top of our game. Real cops!
No one is perfect, but we are now as qualified as Kenyan astronauts. Look at the all the commands, gashes and simians. This county has turned into a demographic toilet that hates law enforcement.

Agree with the above and would like to include that the command staff from captains up have no balls, no morals and no leadership capabilities. There are some but when push comes to shove, they all buckle. Even the ones who are collecting one pension and have another 20 years in the FRS.

We all see it. A minor issue in one district Command is a capital offense in another district. Small districts are political and those leaders take the approach of appeasement in order to stay in a sweet spot. Hard work and dedication is overlooked for someone who can rise in the ranks but remain a non threat to their spot.

Very very few leaders walked the walk. Never worked with him but I can only remember one captain, but there may be others who ever got on the front lines and engaged in a shooting with the men to his left and right. Retired captain Glassman.

Leadership, consistency and direction are the requirements for success and BSO is lacking

In addition to the previous excellent posts, we are doomed because the so called supervisors/command staff have no real experience.
They never made hard decisions and stood by them, right or wrong. They all caved to keep cush jobs, no balls.
Look how many just passed a test without real life testing and support of co-workers.
Just look at the sheriff's XO, nice guy, but really!
Then you have the arrogant, self serving a-holes from all regimes who should have been fired that created an atmosphere of distrust. Schnakenidiot, ballante, schultz, Rick Frey, the list is too long.

The only thing I remember about Glassman was when he left his family for some Lauderdale by the sea whore and caught her blowing some detective at a Christmas party. He passed out and cracked his head open on a concrete sculpture. Hilarious

Neil forgot that women are worthless whores. He should be the one getting the blow job.
