    PBA refused to help officer who is entitled to legal but...

    PBA has a new policy. Give legal to friends and family only. Recently, and yet another member, was denied legal but the PBA did pay for attorney fees to a board member who is not entitled according to their own polices.
    Vice President Jenkins was covered for something not in the scope of employment while another officer who was in the scope was denied.
