Its good to see that the admin is promoting all these people. It must be hard choosing from the bottom of the list as just about everyone on the list has been promoted. Someone get the deputy chief prepared as he is going to have to hand out bi annual promotional exam study items. On second thought maybe they can promote someone to Sgt. who can work for him and hand out the materials!
