Coming from a Sheriff, who has falsified employment applications, falsified his law enforcement experiences, misrepresented his educational experiences, and had sexual relations with a female crime victim, with all events taking place in his official capacity. He is the exception to professional standards. His is truthful in part when he says: “It’s completely unacceptable”.
