    More wasteful spending!

    How is that SWAT is allowed to spend money on useless garbage. Now they are installing Audio/video recording devices on birds to make them bird drones. The cost for installment is 10 grand each!!! Really command staff?!!! We need vehicles, better computers, and batons for patrol NOT BIRD DRONES!!!
