    Officer of the year

    Are you kidding me? The guy who’s tried to leave the department twice but failed to pass a simple psychological? The same guy who blatantly abuses drugs while on duty ? 7 arrest in a whole year and half domestics?

    This is why hard workers leave. This is why this department is a joke.
