    Iots

IOTS is a scam. A private company making money off the State, and now management is pushing for more enrollment in the program. It was poorly thought out, which is typical of our management. There is no work load reduction for the Officer and added expense for the offender. The only benefit id to the Private company. Im curious who is getting a kick back and what kind of kick back.

Just like drug court, treatment and all the other scams that the "powers that be" are using to enlarge their bank accounts. Like diet of the month, none of this crap works unless the person makes the change inside. Read Belinda Carlisle's Wikipedia page. She was a heavy drug users and one day she work up after a 3 day binge, looked in the mirror and said if I don't stop I'm going to die. Right then and there she stopped and claims to have been sober since. No treatment, no drug court, no stupid group meetings. She did it herself and for free. Always follow the money trail, always!

Remember when CC officers had to do CMC's on all new intakes?
