Jeanette Palmer worked on Israel team in 2016 to get him re-elected along with another due nothing collecting a free pay check without working Lorraine Smith. She held two jobs working at post office and part time with a take home car at BSO. They were taking Israel around the hood to various churches. Tony fired smith when he came aboard along with the other outreach team. Gary and Jeanette both joined Tony team and did the Israel playbook 2.0. Jeannette demanded a job at BSO for her campaign work. Israel bought her back at a high salary do nothing job. This place is horrible because of the command. Detention was one of the best in the country and set standards for others to follow. Good employees who love their job. The ship took on water and begin to sink under Israel and continued now with the band playing. Neely was promoted because she is the lead singer in Palmer’s jail band. She has no business being a Lt. colonel can’t make decisions. Take a look at the jail band. They all have special assignments because of Palmer and Neely. Palmer never showed up for budget meetings and courthouse issues involving Detention employees. No where to be found. Even doing erroneous release and escapes. Too busy with the saxophone. Please investigate some of the following: 1) Travel expenses last 4 years. 2) Seminars and hotels bills 3) pay raises to certain people during same period (favorites)
Note: the sheriff command under tony change the agreement on command payouts last year where they will receive more money. It’s all there. Just do a public records request.
