If history has shown anything about the Menocal family it’s that they always get away with committing crimes and not getting convicted. Jesse Sr. and his twin brother Iggy got away with being in the 80s cocaine business, then got away with having a 39 beat half to death by their officers for stealing a jet ski from them, then got away with basically stealing people’s cars alongside Mayor Morono and everything else that went missing from the evidence room. I think Jesse Jr. if going to skate around these charges in true Menocal fashion.
