TH admittedly posted that they posted wrong and inaccurate information. They tried to use “it was a honest mistake” , “it was a typo” ,etc.

So in his email threatening TH with a defamation lawsuit, Gretsas wrote the following alleged fact.

"In FY2014, a total of $10,425 was paid to Chief de Jesus‘s company."

Can anyone explain how money was paid out in 2014 on a contract not approved until 2015? Or is Gretsas just not as thorough as some on this forum would claim?

Also as Gretsas denies any involvement, but cites code section 2-411(a). Can anyone point out the authority for Gretsas's secretary to approve contracts?
