    (P)lease (B)eg (A)gain is a scam

We got duped once again. The PBA came
To us and promised the world if we forgave them for their previous incompetence. We put our trust in them and yes they got the State to get us one (1) raise. But, that’s it!
We’ve gotten nothing else from the PBA. We haven’t had an election for whom we want to be our voice so we are stuck with the same Captain that was our voice when we kicked them out. We kicked them out because the Captain Biardi did nothing and now he is our voice again.
We really need to do some soul searching and maybe teamsters wasn’t the right choice but IUPA and FOP would love to have our business and I checked we would select our own voice and not one we don’t want, nor one appointed by them.

We had PBA reps and DOC management at our last meeting and they straight up said the only reason to join the union was the legal and disciplinary representation.

The unions in Florida are powerless to negotiate pay and benefits. They should not even be called unions.

Didn't CPO's get a $2500 raise in 2019? What are you disgruntled butt pirates whining about?

Here's an idea, forget about PBA, FOP or IUPA. Save your money and don't waste it on these useless blood suckers because unions are powerless in this right to work state. They are in bed with the state anyway so you will not get good legal representation if you use them.
