The only things pointed out which were incorrect were that GG and CM no longer have a business together, but they had one.

And only $50k was spent, but the contracts were valued at $100K. Regardless either amount is above the $24k threshold.

Also as GG explicitly disavowed and knowledge or involvement his claims are suspect, but even more importatn is that still leaves open the question of what authority GG's secretary had to spend public funds and enter contracts. Sec 2-411 of the city code cited by GG certainly doesn't support such actions.

Just look at all of the 🤡s and puppets accusations. Look at TH posts. Then review former CM GG’s comments on TH. He provided facts and evidence in which the 🤡s and puppets had to “eat crow” and state they were wrong and inaccurate in their posts/comments. Where there is smoke there is fire 🔥

GG provided no evidence on TH, period. If you disagree please provide such evidence here.

GG explicitly disavowed all knowledge or involvement with the contracts or the worked performed. As such his claim of facts as to the operation are suspect, that is unless he lied about not having knowledge or involvement. Can't have it both ways.

GG claimed that he did not have a business with CM. That may technically be true, as the renewal was not paid with Sunbiz. However, there is no proof of any actual dissolution of the company and accounts. GG conveniently omitted that he did have a company for over 6 years with CM. The author is not local, with knowledge of the Sunbiz website, and the company can be found online. This oversight has been corrected, and is not quite the credibility player you seem to portray it as. Nor was it done with malice as Gretsas would imply.

GG also claimed that though the contracts were valued at $100k, only $50k was actually spent. It was known that the only the contract summary, and not the actual contract and invoices, were possessed. Further, if a crime was committed this does not change that as it is till above the $25k threshold. It also raises a more serious question. If Gretsas had no knowledge how does he know only $50k was spent? We have requested these records and have not to date been provided them. Is this another unlawful delay in the production of records? The contracts had a face value of $100k, so the language was a little ambiguous the fact has been corrected. Again this is not quite the credibility killer you portray it as, nor was it malicious.

GG claimed that the contracts were per project, not "per vendor" as we falsely alleged. Now we have to wonder if GG even read the article, as the term "per vendor" was never used, nor was it implied. GG just made up facts not in existence to call us liars. So who's credibility are you questioning again?

GG argued that as per Section 2-411 of the code up to $25k could be spent without competitive bidding or council review. While that is true, that is exactly what we were arguing, and we even cited the code section. If GG did read the article and was responding in good faith, then his intelligence and reading comprehension are now put into serious question. More telling though was when GG claimed that all rules, codes, etc, were followed while disavowing any participation, he conveniently left out the fact that Section 2-411 only gives him the authority to enter into such contracts. Funny neither you nor GG have been able to provide what authority GG's secretary and CM had to enter into such contracts. We are still waiting.

Maybe everything was Kosher, it certainly does not appear that way. If no one did anything wrong, they have nothing to hide or be ashamed of. Certainly they would be more than willing to cooperate to prove their innocence and clear the air, right?

We are still 100 times more accurate than SDNL in their reporting. Which we know is not a high bar, but that is also not where we set our standards. Hey, maybe GG can get with FM and beg SDNL to do another hit piece. Maybe this time they will all have the nutz to actually say my name. LOL

You are right where there is smoke there is fire, and we will now start looking at the million plus dollars which was spent this way.

Another thing you should notice is we strive for accuracy, if we miss a fact we correct. No body ate crow, and no material fact was shown to be incorrect. However, GG makes bald face lies then doubles down on his lies when called out. You think GG is the one with credibility here you are seriously delusional and need to get some professional help.
