    The problem was ordering everyone to a briefing at 0830, to have us standing on Bayshore for 5 hours before anything started, then standing around for another 2 hours after.

    They’ve always done this to us. Hurry up and wait. They claims it’s because TPD shuts down the roads, and we won’t be able to get to our posts.

    And it's been that way at TPD for years too. No backbone among middle and upper management is the true reason, but they of course will never admit it.
