It's in the depo I'd have to read it again. I know it wasn't where it should of been kept and that is in the evidence building like any other piece of evidence in any other case. I tell you what RS better be glad it was an election year and DM was in that phone also. If it wasn't for keeping it quiet for the sheriff so he could get reelected I think others involved would have been looked into. EH wouldn't had told them don't go down that rabbit hole if Daddy DM wasn't involved.
