PBA losing units/departments in record numbers

The PBA has been losing units in record numbers all across the state. West coast, east coast, north, central and south Florida PBA’s are losing to the FOP and IUPA.
The PBA has adopted a method of operation that does not allow members a voice. We’ve seen that philosophy right here when Rod removed a rep without cause and against the members wishes.
The PBAs have also adopted a philosophy of don’t fight for members. From legal representation to negotiations of all types, whatever is offered is accepted even if bad for the members

That’s because the PBA heads are likeminded as Rod who doesn’t give a crap about anything but themselves.
Rod never answers any calls and hopes that whatever your issue is he hopes it irons itself out so he doesn’t have to deal with it.
He gets free lunches paid for by us via our dues money. The PBA is like a Homeowners Association gone bad.

An you blame them. I’m ready to find another organization too. Rod is a minus nothing.
