    Lying to commissioners

    Can someone advise if it is against the law for a sworn law enforcement officer to lie to commissioners and the Mayor during a commission meeting? (Not ref Javi)

    Read the departmental orders you are suppose to be honest and ethical at all times.

    It’s against the law to lie under official proceeding but it all depends on who you are around here

    Not just that ! Was that person sworn in??! But his case is different regardless! They may have him! Nothing personal ! But that should be be a learning experience for all don’t have protection!!!

    So when MCPBA told the commissioners "Ezra Washington complained about being discriminated against and subsequently kicked out of homicide because he complained" and didn't mention Internal Affairs complaint, they lied. To commissioners, and its recorded official record. Right?
