There is a new breed of person in our country. Your ideals are slowly becoming the minority. It is only a matter of time. Your question(s) are beyond the scope of this chat forum because those issues are statutorily governed, either in the United States Code or by executive order. Present your immigration recommendations to your elected representative and lobby him or her to codify your suggestions.
