So, who was allowed to tour the crime scene at MSDHS before the building was cleared? It was my understanding that the FD was complaining that they were not allowed into the building until it was partially cleared and secured. Was that inaccurate?
And, exactly which case are you claiming to be in jeopardy? The one against Cruz or the one against Peterson? In the Cruz case, we have video of Cruz shooting people. We have witness testimony. And, we probably have recovered slugs which can be tied to the rifle by comparison. So, exactly what are you talking about?

Here we go again storing the old pot again. Why dont you shut up about the case already. Remember no one wants to here facts. That’s what the Republican senators said. If facts were introduced into evidence Scott Israel would still be our Sheriff. People only want to here fake news today. That’s a proven fact. Stick your stupid comments up your AZZ. That’s a fact!

As much as I am not a fan of Isreal, he did not let anybody inside that didn't belong there. They may have looked through a window, but they did not enter.
However, I believe according to the crime scene log of everybody that entered the building someone from the SAO has some explaining to do. It appears that someone was escorted through the crime scene that didn't belong there.

The Senator, and County Commissioners, who were escorted by none other than our head of legal at the time, were only allowed to look around outside of the building. But I hear an SAO employee, who is protected by Satz, signed themselves and another on the crime scene log, both as SAO employees to view the crime scene.
