And yet another shots fired case on Figland last night. Exactly when do we plan to get a handle on all this? How many shots must be fired before our robust gun unit digs in and goes to work? SM was on the news blaming the 'decay of society' for the violence. Funny. Baldwin hasnt experienced all this decay! Santa Rosa doesn't have our level of decay. We are flanked by decent communities that have a fraction of our issues. I blame the decay of our sheriff, his integrity, and the decay of his disciples that blindly follow his poor example. He's to busy covering his ass from his scandals to be the sheriff, and is employing his admin to run cover for him.

Pretty harsh but true. I have known Pinney for years and unlike most Deputies or investigators that get better over the years he maxed out a long time ago and was put in a position beyond his abilities. Not being able to bow out gracefully he then attacks those who question him. Now he is a vengeful nasty person who no one respects and he really does not care about his job. Sad. Time to ask for a transfer like a man
