Multiple Insurance Fraud By Sweetwater Mayor Orlando Lopez

The following was posted by presumably a cop in the LEO Affairs Sweetwater site. It may warrant your attention.

His house burned down, print shop burned down, and his boat. Maybe to support his cocaine habit.

"Your fearless leader Mayor Orlando Lopez has turned his back on everyone who helped him get to where he is in life. He had Mario Miranda as his Chief of Staff during his campaign for Mayor and Richard Pichardo as a campaign supporter. But as soon as he got elected, he shafted them and never looked back. He had Sgt. Castro on his team, feading him information. He made him a Lieutenant and then fired him. Castro retaliated by walking and signing petitions for Orlandito's recall but the Commissioners screwed that all up. By the way, thanks Commissioners for being complete idiots and forgetting to read the City Charter on the eight reasons for recall. Bunch of idiots. Then Castro wins his job back and Orlando suspends him for allegedly falsifying petitions. How convenient.

Orlandito was working at his fathers print shop when Pepe Diaz recruited him to run for Commissioner of Sweetwater. He hadn't moved into the City when he first ran against Jesus Mesa in 2001. That's when everyone turned their back on Mesa and establishment carried Orlando to victory.

Then, the craziest thing happened, Orlandito's house mysteriously burned down. Wired thing was the fire marshal left the cause of the fire out of the report. Thanks Charlie Toledo!!! Orlandito left his bbq inside of his kitchen and burned his house down in order to collect the insurance money. A few years later, the print shop went up in flames as well. What a coincidence huh. And as fate would have it, guess who the arson investigator was? You guessed it. Charlie Toledo!

Most of you didn't know that Orlandito use to drive a Porsche. He was driving drunk and crashed just outside of Sweetwater. The beautiful Porsche was a total loss but he was in good hands with ALLSTATE. The brass at the time tried to cover up the 17 and had a reserve policeman falsify the crash report. That policeman refused and they fired him. He then went to VG and became the #2 in the agency and now he is a Medely Cop. Officer Lugo, you have character and a pair of balls.

Orlandito likes to get buttered up. You know, he likes to powder his nose. What a hypocrite you are Orlandito, you have been snorting cocaine for years but there will be more to come later on that and who knows, maybe some witnesses and specific events to refresh your memory.

Then he does another insurance job on his boat. And of course, you gueased it, the insurance paid again.

So Orlando has built his little empire of properties based on insurance scams and now he is scamming through the City finances as he has always done. He is a scammer of great proportions. Now I'm sure he will deny, deny and make counter accusations as he has done his entire life. He learned to do that while attending Belen. He likes to come up with schemes and create chaos, while appearing innocent of any wrong doing. He is a scammer and a professional fraud.

More to come. Stay classy San Diego.."

Sweetwater is notorious for it's corruption and Lopez is the mayor. Whoever made the original post supplied a fair amount of detail which is why I thought it merited attention.

Hey dumbass, It's hard for us to start a case if his insurance company "SIU Units" did not made a referral about his suspicious claims! Who knows, we may already have a case open on the good Mayor and if the evidences is there to proof a case in a criminal-court (not-civil) an arrest will be made, but if NOT the State Attorney will not give us the green light to go after him!

Maybe you should post this thread with the Florida State Fire Marshals Office we may appear to be the same agency, but we are not, especially when they name one of their detective by name!
