If a human male can claim he is a woman, trapped in a male's body or vice versa, why can Captain Javier Ortiz, a young man born in the USA of Cuban parents claim he is a Black man? Can Captain Ortiz prove his new found genealogy, by means of a recently undergone DNA analysis? Until recently Elizabeth Warren, Democratic Presidential candidate claimed she was a Cherokee Indian, and she was embraced! So much so was Warren's acceptance, it helped her attain a prestigious faculty position at Harvard Law School. Until recently, when E. Warren underwent a DNA analysis, which confirms Warren to 1/1024, far less than the average American. If and when Captain Ortiz, by means of a DNA test can validate Captain Ortiz's claim, then he would be a Black Captain, no matter how small his drop might.
