I was victim and a boyfriend of a victim he sexually assualted and i knew it he knew i knew i hung out on west 24 ave the area he terrorized for years i was falsely arrested for crimes i never committed etc etc etc this is an on going investigation so further more i will not say but i could sum it up with words described as hell traumatizeing and painfull
