That's how Blacks are going to get "Equality" in the Department? Why don't we go back to earning our promotions the old fashion way? He stayed Quiet and tried to manipulate the system to his advantage.

This was all exposed on the last civil service Promotional grievance hearing that was filed by Sgt. Edwin Gomez, who he won 5-0. Also it was exposed by the MCPBA. If you combine both hearing you will fully understand.
