Another officer hurt and again PBA refuses to respond

Criticism has been growing since the PBA seemingly changed its policy regarding not helping its members in time of need.
Yesterday, another officer (MDPD) was hurt in a car crash where a vehicle was driving northbound in a southbound lane of an expressway.
PBA was notified but refused to respond.

There is no question that it’s not the same PBA any longer.

Hallendale PD is leaving the PBA because it’s gotten so bad.

    Things have changed at PBA

Steadman Stahl was asked at a recent board meeting why they don’t respond to officers injured any longer. The respond stunned this in attendance. Stahl said that he lives far away and members should not expect him to get out of bed to go them when they shouldn’t get hurt in the first place.
