    Thank you for the explanation. I tried to explain to whoever this is that I have seen and met some of your people who are applying to other agencies and they just arent passing the other departments backgrounds. This person(s) just dont want to hear that and want to blame everyone but themselves. Mike and Natasha are top notch people.

    I just think it’s easy to call people names and launch insults. Its a little harder to stop and think for oneself and stop following the flock. The ability to make a rational and reasonable conclusion based on facts is unfortunately what we as Miramar Police Officers lack these days.
    The personnel unit does a great job. They truly have an unenviable job.
    I know certain things look dirty or shady at times, but I can “almost” guarantee that there is zero involvement from the chief other than a yes or no on applicants.
