    1. The people are great. You have your disgruntled Deputies of course, but for the most part everyone is food to work with.

    3. They usually side with staff more. Unless you’re known as the Deputy to always have problems with inmates.

    6. Use to be a lot, lately its hard to get it.
    7. They ask for 2 years w degree and 3 without. But senior deputies tell me that they’ve been trying to cross over for 5 years and they’re making it so hard to cross. Under CC, it has become easier to transition though.
