If promotions were based on who your dad is and how much butt kissing you do, Joe would have been a major years ago. All he thinks about is what’s in it for him. He has been passes over for captain so many times that I’m pretty sure he’s given up hope. Now it’s all about the Benjamins. He’s squirreling overtime and detail money way for when he punches out.
