Special Ops Bailout
Geez. Why are people leaving one half of Special Ops so fast? And why is no one interested in filling those vacancies? That used to be the place to be.

People follow good leaders, doesn’t matter the unit. Soon as you get a more toxic than usual environment people bail. Once a new leader shows up he’ll slowly surround himself with people he likes and have proven themselves to the leader.
Case in point, once Trump got promoted and sent to Marine you saw the stress level rise. Wasn’t his fault, they gave him a specialized unit he’d never even worked in and expected success. He got stressed, and he never handled stress well to begin with, and it trickled down. Within a year you had the entire unit turned over.
A good leader comes in, maintains calm and can lead whoever is in the unit. A manager, and that’s what we have these days, comes in and demands the worker bees adjust to him. Rarely works.

ELU is nice but too laid back. I'd rather be an operator to get in on the real action.
