Colina stands on the commission meeting podium with several of his staff members to intimidate witnesses. Shameful! But then again everyone that was behind Colina was making over $170,000 dollars a year except Papier mistress that makes around $140,000.

What did we learn from the special commission meeting.

1) Ortiz admits that he identified himself as a black male on the Lt and Capt promotional exams because his ancestors had one drop of black in his family history. It’s just another lie just like he does on A forms
2) He claimed that his family is 50% Jewish. Why did he do that because there are allegations that he was the one that recorded or had some part in the anti-Semitic video that got Destephan fired.
3) Agreed with Chief Colina decision that Destephan actions were wrong and should have been fired.
4) Colina admits he allowed transfer of people from units that complain of racial discrimination
5) Demotes Major Dana Carr out of retaliation against her husband. Colina Does not give reason for demotion
6) Colina is not willing to meet ever with MCPBA Lt Ramon Carr.
7) Commander Jose Fernandez who was transferred because he was involved in a big downtown overtime scandal is now going to be promoted and in charge of IA
8) Major IBalmea was transferred out of IA under suspicion of corruption.
9) Ortiz under a lot of investigations yet his not ROD
10) Ortiz also claims his not hispanic yet he wrote on his police employment application Hispanic male.
