Won't happen. It's already well-known this administration all the way to the secretary despises her and she may not even have her LT job once interviews start. The smartest move would be to move the Captain slot to PCB and let WG be Captain til he retires in 10 years. Unfortunately, the Chief will probably plug one of his guys in there. Whether his guy is good or not, we need to start keeping our promotions in-house.

He knows more about beverage law, ABT,and historical paths of this agency than anyone here. The problem is nobody cares about any of those things. I don't think he could be convinced captain is a promotion.
