David Morgan owes it to the deputies to explain how he believes Haines was exonerated by Young. Morgan declares EXONERATED based on Young’s investigation. The same person that claimed her existence is due solely to Haines. She even declares the outcome and punishment for the complainant. Young says she wil “sting them”. Why would she feel she should discredit the complaintant? A federal judge declared Haines as being unfair to females in Col. Montoya’s case. Young found Haines was everything super happy wonderful! Morgan is an idiot if he believes people can’t see through this charade he calls leadership. A bunch of inept cowards attempting to create an illusion they are useful to the agency.

Imagine if Haines and Morgan could focus on the shootings as often as they focus on attempting to smear people because the disagree. Morgan offers no plan for cop stuff but orders he be informed of anything the haters say. His constant motivation is retaliation and lies on people he chooses to victimize.

True they are talking about and open IA that is a violation isn't it also criminal? Also they are clearly discussing the IA and the investigator is discussing it with the subject officer. Telling him it's bull shit and the people who made the complaint against him she will make it sting. That is just straight up corruption and dirty. But nobody is on leave. Anyone else would be fired. What kind of Sheriff would let this go on, I know a corrupt one with a God complex. This is the most dirty corrupt Administration I've ever seen or heard of Makes Ronnie Mac and his look like a saints at least under him police work still got done. Channel 3 and PNJ should look into this stuff so maybe an outside agency will finally take notice and bring some justice to this place. Could you imagine if it was anyone else who did the things Haines and Young and others in this administration have done and what would happen to them. Anyone other than the chief or the colonel involved would be sitting at the house worried about their job. Why hasn’t the sheriff been on social media or tv burning these two at the stake like he has others? How can anyone expect to have a fair an impartial IA investigation while these two clowns have a job?

Why does everyone have such high expectations hoping the Sheriff will do something about this or that? He is a fraud and he is petty and a child. Listen to his same stories over and over like a stuck record and everything is always compared to something to when he was in the military. Everything! There is something not quite right there and we all know it and we all failed to challenge it or expose it. Everyone is afraid of him. Fear and not respect is what is going on here and the captains and above have collectively learned to manage by fear. No one has any servant humble leadership traits here. We all just play a waiting game and think as soon as Chip is in that the world will right itself. Unless the entire command staff is removed as well as some other key people this place will continue to drift farther away from being a place where morale is high and people are treated with dignity. Answer the question publicly Chip, will Haines remain in a high position in your administration or not? Tell us publicly who you make your Chief Deputy. Come out and say it and also announce your plans for staff assignments. If you did it now you might get a glimpse of the true motives of the people you have meetings with every week who have their own little meetings and speak ill of you and smile to your face. IA now. Forte would lie too remeber when Young cleared the way at the courthouse for Forte to lie? Then out of no where a certified transcript pops up showing forte a liar like we all suspected.
