Let's see if I understand your shortsighted attitude.
A guy is hired to do a job that the "higher ups" wanted done. A job that no one else was able to do.
This person does the job. In other words, does what needed to be done.
A few malcontents decide he is the enemy for not only doing what was asked, but doing it with thought given to every thing and everyone. That attitude says "we don't like the message so we will attack the messenger. When in the history of man, has that been a viable approach? Try to look at the bigger picture. Agreed. JW is a good man. He has weeded out many people that needed to be gone a long time ago. He also cleaned up a lot of crap, held people accountable, and streamlined processes.

Remember, DG is career service still. Can't just make him disappear without a reason. At the end of the day it's not his fault he's in that position. He was basically set up for failure when they had to stick DM in the Gainesville LT position.

This place confirms we are closer and closer to a road show circus. We walked out 60 plus years of two LEO's for a non sworn and an empty chair that no one wants to fill. Way to think thing through.
