Corrections is doomed

There are currently 3 Colonels over corrections alone. We have atleast 8-10 people on overtime a day. The moral is worse then ever. Theres enough command staff over corrections to run a department twice our size. But all these people cant come up with a solution. All these 6 figure incomes came up with. Was to hire outside consultants to fix our problems. Lets throw some money at our problems. Why are these command staff here if they cant fix problems? There all just sitting in their offices collecting a paycheck waiting to retire. Not one of them can make a decision. The best they could come up with is close the CPU's and run certain areas short. That solves nothing. If your tired of paying overtime. Eliminate command staff positions and create more deputy and sgt. positions. That's where were hurting.

So they’re splitting up all the “couples/married couples”.. what about all the other people without the “label” that follow each other around all day attached at the hip, or are sneaking around all day on the North sides?

If you want to be worried about getting caught. Keep doing it. We are all adults. Don’t you have a house or do the people still doing it live with their parents? Idiots. We should all be professional while working with each other regardless of relationships. I get that it happens. It’s not a big deal but people mess it up for others.
