    Never lie under oath

Why is Haines still chief. He has a second round of depositions because it was claimed he was not “honest when he gave his deposition the first time. He has become the shot caller he always wanted to be. Now judges are going to hold him accountable for being dishonest. It is even been commented on by the judge in one case that Haines will have a difficult time clearing up the misinformation provided by Haines first.

If anyone knows anything that you believe could be useful report it to anyone that can get the issue moving and have it corrected. Morgan is a lame duck and will be on a path of destruction because his fairytale con game has reached the end. He goes back to being a disappointment and pathetic coward.

They have fired people for less. Why doesn’t he have to abide by the policies he created? Double standard and corruption abounds from the top. This agency is in shambles and Haines and Morgan should be in handcuffs. And If Simmons knows about it he should be too.

What case are you referring to? Was he evasive during his deposition in the Manning case? When will that be public record ?

Oh it was definitely involving that case and it is all public record. It is all in federal court. Obviously he doesn’t have to follow the policy but he’s going to fire someone for saying a word one of his previous admin staff used on a daily basis at work no less.

What do you mean "go back to being a disappointment and pathetic coward" ? I never realized he changed from that.

There are plenty of his minions who still lie under oath. They are allowed to get away with it why wouldn't he?

It’s been out. He said he doesn’t use his personal phone for business. He said he doesn’t direct IA. He said he was a cop.

Rumors keep floating around that he’s going to self demote to commander or captain or some other undeserved position when Chip takes over. So folks there’s no need for an election Morgan has already chosen his replacement. But why would Chip or anyone pay a corrupt person like that 10% less than he makes now to continue to wreak havoc on the agency? We don’t want him working there chip, we want him fired for his policy violations which are much more egregious than almost any that have been fired since Morgan took over.

He violated the code of ethics probably more than any one else.He was never a real cop. Why hasn’t this been handled Chip? We would ask thelbert but we all know he carries his little mini me around in his pocket and he is just as unethical. No words.

Why isn't Haines on the Brady list at least. The man should be let go or in jail for the things he's done. NO justice he's the Hillary Clinton of Escambia county. Blatantly lies and breaks the law. I can't get over nothing being done with the Manning's election year cover-up of the involvement of so many people at the sheriff's office. Morgan, Haines, Shelby, Cappas and all in IA who turned a blind I when told don't go down that rabbit hole. Who and how do we need get a hold of to do an investigation into this stuff. They sure aren't going to investigate them selves. Well I guess Haines can like how he opened and cleared an IA on him self with the help of his mini me Mindy. This place is so dirty and corrupt it's sickening.
