    Diversion BS Story

    https://www.tampabay.com/opinion/202...unties-column/

Let’s talk about the BS contained in this article in the Fish Wrapper Times. To say kids in Pinellas aren’t arrested is BS. They get stopped and arrested and sent to PJAC. And there they allegedly get screened for their likeliness to reoffend. BS. Some idiot looks at what they were arrested for and decides they get diversion if they don’t have too many prior arrests. That prevents that arrest from being recorded as an arrest. And it doesn’t happen in Pinellas County Schools until the little angels have committed their FOURTH MISDEMEANOR in the school. So let’s see how these little angels really turn into criminals through no consequences. They get three strikes in Pinellas Schools, three strikes at PCSO and usually another strike through the SAO. So there are NO CONSEQUENCES for seven arrests in Pinellas County. And then you wonder why most of the burglars and car thieves in Pinellas County are juveniles? SPPD probably has a standing order to not arrest kids unless it’s murder or rape. And what the liberal ass hat who wrote this article ignores is that Pinellas arrest more kids than Hillsborough. Hmm. Hillsborough is bigger and has more people yet Pinellas arrests more kids meaning they commit crimes more often. Gosh, I wonder why. Free passes, that’s why. A bunch of entitled and unafraid little shits who do whatever they want. Thanks for reinforcing the millennial state of mind of trophies for effort and no consequences for bad acts.

The liberal tail wags the dog in St.Pete. SPPD and the SAO have been de-nutted and PCSO is not far behind.
