He is off to a decent start. The social media post recognizing 2019 heroics was great. Especially the :24 second mark when he personally addresses the agency as VCSO rather than VSO.

7. Start supporting the 2nd Amendment (hello NRA)
8. Quit causing traffic accidents and leaving
9. Quit Speeding (even if it was just a ploy to get your balding mug plastered in the news)

11. Quit bringing firearms into airports when traveling and not on duty
12. Start hiring and promoting on qualifications (not gender and ethnicity)
13. Quit bad mouthing elected officials and judges (when you punish deputies for the same thing)
