Telling you you’re doing a bad job isn’t crying; it’s stating facts. You only see it as crying because you are bad employers who look out for yourselves over your people. You call yourself a paramilitary organization, but every person who has served in the military knows that you look out for your people first. A good leader leads from the front. A good leader is an example to his people. Where is the leadership here because last I checked, they were trying to lead from the rear.
