Anyone who knows anything about elections will tell you Sheriff Marceno will undoubtedly win the race. When county commissioners, county managers, state attorneys, mayors and other area dignitaries endorse the incumbent sheriff, it’s a clue! No local politician or dignitary will attach their name to someone unless they know it’s a win. Sheriff Marceno has all of the local support, the funds needed for signs and television ads and the name recognition. Polls sent out show Sheriff Marceno winning by a large margin. The man is good at running a campaign!
