End of Year Update
Crime is still down, the murderer Patrick Gonzalez is still in prison, the public thinks more highly of ECSO is higher than ever, the men and women of the agency are of better quality than ever, no one cares about a crazy woman with a rambling blog, and Morgan is still Sheriff.
Merry Christmas

Yeah. Morale is bad because like they said: Morgan is still Sheriff but Haines is worse as Toxic Chief Deputy. Is crime really down do we understand NIBRS enough yet to make that judgement? Yes quality Deputies abound well educated and trained but most are under six years on being supervised by low quality yet experienced folks. Is our ECSO the best agency in the area or not so much. Arrogance

I don't know about your supervisors but I've got one of the best at the department. You ever hear of a Sgt. chew out a former Capt. to save a deputy from an unwanted transfer? Mine did it for me. Anyway we have some great deputy's here but the new PCC kids are all crap.

Right. Crime is down. You know they mess with the stats yo show whatever they want right? The people actually working the streets know that’s crap. People shooting at each other almost daily. People. They only think more highly because of the base shooting. The sheriff looked like a fool running his mouth and pouting after news conferences. His arrogance shined through so we should thank him for that. Better quality men and women? One look at most of the recruits who were recruited because they went to PCC or done other similar bible study college shows that ain’t true. You must be their fav doughboy Hobbs.
