FIRST, if you are making the claim the burden of proof is on you, not others. However, your claim fails even simple scrutiny.

SECOND, correlation does not equal causation. Meaning lower crime with Rolle doesn't mean that Rolle is responsible for lower crime. You need much more than this to prove your point. Example, 100% of heroin addicts drank milk as babies, ergo milk is a gateway drug and responsible for the drug epidemic. That's about how educated your claim sounds when examined.

THIRD, crime peaked in 1991, and other police departments have seen a decrease since then. So it was the best year in Homestead since 1995? Why so long to catch up? And seriously the lowest since only four years after the nationwide peak?

FOURTH, if Rolle and HPD were so great why is Homestead still one of the most dangerous cities in the country?

A simple qualitative statistical analysis indicates that Homestead is way behind the average. What's the excuse for that? Is Rolle cleaning up mess from Chief Ivy, is that the claim now? We know the loser politicians still blame Andrew for the city's problems, Rolle needs his own scapegoat to shirk responsibility, don't you think?

But seriously, you really don't think that the city has done awesome under Rolle and that it is all due to his great leadership, do you?
