    I am a man?

    Dear chief,

We have heard so much of your verbal fecal matter at roll call, we are tired of it. Just your breath stinks up the whole
Room. If you were a real man you would have knocked the mayor the fxxk out. Since you could’nt why don’t you be a
    Real man and resign.

The reason he wont resign is because for barking at his officers make him feel like a man. He walks around like a pea**** with his minion tell everyone how they should kiss his butt. Because without him you would not be anything or have anything. He like to tell everyone he stays because he cares, truth is it feeds his ego.

Been saying it for years, he is just a man, not God or some super hero, just simply a man that fell into a position of power that has gone to his head. Does anyone ever notice every issue and controversy always leads to him.

The minions try to save that fool from himself because that's the only way they can keep their jobs. They know another chief wont put up with their childish games and send them packing. You know its childish when your command staff meetings is nothing more than a gossip session. If just happened to be on their hit list they will set the dogs of war on you. That would everyone from Sargent up and an officer or two looking to make a name with the chief. But hey what do I know I'm only one person.

Pitiful puppets and clumsy clowns are never happy and always frown!

Fact is : Rolle & staff has probably done more for homestead and citizens in a week than these little whiny bit?hes have in their pitiful life.

Go cuddle with a unicorn in your safe place

Some people just stay at home while others work everyday making a true difference to to a city and it’s residence

Other than maybe staying at a Holiday Inn; what have you done ? 🧐

That’s right nothing. Nothing beneficial to others.

As the previous poster said .. go hug a unicorn in your safe space

Some people spent all their time at football games, watching other people make little difference, instead of actually running a department.

That was certainly beneficial to their bank accounts, but making real difference in the world for the good of humanity, nah, never happened, fake news.
